Ariel Artur | Founder
Ariel Artur is a London-based cinematographer and producer with over 15 years on set and credits on more than 100 productions—including features, TV dramas, and documentaries.
A full-time Director of Photography, Ariel’s work as a producer serves as a direct extension of his life on set. His technical background allows him to act as an informed logistical partner to directors and heads of department, helping translate creative scripts into realistic, efficient physical productions.
In addition to his practical set experience, Ariel brings an academic and analytical perspective to the company’s slate. He holds an MSc in Cinematography and Post-Production and has taught film production at the University of Greenwich as part of his research on Flux Cinema. This is paired with a degree in Film Production from PUCRS and a degree in Business Administration from ESPM/RS, providing Nap of the Earth Films with a structured foundation on all fronts.
Ariel frequently collaborates with award-winning directors and was the cinematographer for the Netflix Talent Fund documentary Beyond the Divide. He holds ScreenSkills certifications in Production Safety (BECTU), Inclusive Hiring, and Safeguarding.
